Bharat Forge Aluminiumtechnik is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner at its Brand-Erbisdorf site for the strategic and operational further development of HR work. The position advises specialists and managers on HR and labour law matters and supports around 450 employees along the employee lifecycle. Further priorities include collaboration with the works council, involvement in collective bargaining with IG Metall, and people development and transformation projects.
