Duties include leading and supervising the crew after briefing, providing professional guidance to assemblers, workers and helpers, as well as independently erecting, modifying and dismantling scaffolding. A completed vocational training or many years of experience in the scaffolding trade are expected, ideally with further training as senior assembler, assembly supervisor or crew leader.
